Meet the Team
Ryan Mahle is a passionate Catholic speaker and evangelist and currently serves as both the Managing Director for the New Evangelization and Coordinator of Marriage Preparation for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. He has worked on various projects for Dynamic Catholic and Encounter Ministries, has served as both a high school theology teacher and parish youth minister, and has spoken at youth events throughout the country. Ryan is excited about leading people to Jesus, reviving parishes and schools, and activating Catholics in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to be missionary disciples! After practicing geotechnical engineering for five years, Ryan experienced the call to pursue graduate studies in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. A devoted husband and father, Ryan and his wife Rachel have four young children – Andrew “the Mandrew”, Isaac – “Ice Man”, and Anna – “Annie girl”, and Mary Grace – “Gracie girl.” Ryan also coaches baseball for Archbishop Alter High School in Kettering
Nicholas Hardesty is a content developer for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. He creates online courses that form teachers and catechists in their Catholic faith, and gives talks at retreats, workshops, and in-service days throughout the Archdiocese. He is also the author of the “Seize the Moment” column in The Catholic Telegraph. He has graduate degrees in Theology and Mental Health Counseling. Before coming to work at the Archdiocese he was a Director of Religious Education in his hometown of Owensboro, KY, and a web content writer for Dynamic Catholic. He and his wife Amy live in Northern Kentucky with their 3 children.
Since 2018 I have been the Director of the Office for Evangelization and Discipleship where I lead an amazing Team of Missionary Disciples dedicated to inspiring and training parish and school leaders to become Missionary Disciples. Before that I directed the New Evangelization efforts in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. My work included mentoring parish staff in implementing an intentional evangelization process that is centered on conversion and person to person accompaniment. Before coming to work at the Archdiocese I was blessed to work in multiple parishes directing religious education, catechesis and evangelization efforts. I live in Milford, OH with my wife Sarah and 3 (soon to be 4!) children. We are members of St. Gertrude Parish.
